Disclaimer:

  • Please be aware that since all of our products are handmade, not every soap/scrub/oil may look the same, but they all contain the same ingredients and the same benefits !
  • As well, we are not responsible for any misuse of our products, so we encourage you to follow the directions for each product as stated on the website and/or product labels to ensure proper use. 
  • Regulations set forth by the FDA prohibit bath and body companies from making health-related claims about beauty products. I am not a medical or healthcare professional and do not claim that the use of my products may have a positive effect on pre-existing physical and/or mental health conditions. The information in my listings pertains to the properties of specific ingredients used in the product.

    Refund + Return Policy :

    • RETURNS: Due to the nature of our handmade, single-use products, our company does not accept any items returned.
    • REFUNDS: The only eligible refund is if you request to cancel your order within the time frame stated below.
    • REQUESTING TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER: You can cancel your order with no penalty, all you have to do is reach out to us WITHIN 24 HOURS of your order confirmation email. After 24 hours the order is not eligible for a refund, but we can still cancel your order upon request.
      • Additionally, if you chose 'shipping' then you must email us within 24 hours of your order confirmation email, in the case that your order ships then you are not eligible for a refund. If you have any questions, feel free to email us. 
    • All sales are final.

    Shipping Policy: 

    • All shipping orders will have a flat rate fee of $9.00
    • Please allow 3 - 5 days for your order to be processed and then shipped.  Your order's arrival time is based on where you live, so please give shipping 3 - 7 days after you receive your tracking information. All orders will be shipped on the following Wednesday so please plan accordingly.

    • Please ensure that your NAME and ADDRESS are spelled correctly when placing your order. If there is a mistake please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at littlecherubsoapco@gmail.com.

      • If your order has shipped, you must contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 to provide them with the correct information. We are not responsible for incorrect spellings on your shipped order.
    • We are responsible for all purchases until it reaches the Post Office. After that, it is out of our control. In the case that your shipment is lost or damaged in transit; Please contact USPS and file a claim for your missing item. We are not responsible for loss, stolen, held, damaged, or missing items.
      • We are not responsible for any shipping issues that may occur, this is handled by USPS. Please contact USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 and provide them with your tracking info.
